How to delete a ticket?

To delete a ticket:

  1. Go to Ticket Setup → Tickets in the Event Dashboard.
  2. Click on Update for the ticket you want to remove.
  3. Change the Status of the ticket to Archive.
  4. Click on Save Changes.

Archiving a ticket ensures it is no longer visible or available for purchase, while keeping its data for your records.
