How can I send an email invitation to directly announce or invite attendees from a past event?

The Invite Guest feature allows you to send email invitations or announcements about a new event to your past event attendees directly from the Event Dashboard. This is a quick way to re-engage your existing audience and boost registrations for upcoming events.

Steps to Send an Invite Guest Email:

  1. Go to the Event Dashboard.
  2. On the Overview section of the dashboard, click on Invite Guest.
    • Alternatively, click on Manage in the left menu and select Invite Guest.
  3. Select the events and the attendees you want to invite.
  4. Draft the email content.
  5. Once your content is ready, choose one of the following options:
    • Send Immediately – Deliver the invite right away.
    • Schedule for Later – Select a date, time, and time zone to schedule the invite.
