How can I quickly email all the attendees of the event?

The Email Attendee feature allows you to send important updates, reminders, or announcements to everyone registered for your event — all in one go.

Steps to Send Email to Attendees:

  1. Go to the Event Dashboard.
  2. On the Overview page, click on the Email Attendee button. Or, click on Manage → Email Attendee.
  3. A new page will open where you can draft the email content.
  4. Once your content is ready, you can:
    • Send Immediately – Deliver the email right away.
    • Schedule for Later – Select a date, time, and time zone to send the email.

📌 Important Notes:

  • To use the Email Attendee feature, you must integrate your own email gateway with the platform.
  • Supported gateways include:
    • Gmail
    • AWS SES
    • SendGrid
    • Mandrill

This ensures smooth and authenticated email delivery to your attendees.
