How to Modify Content in an Email Template for events?
The platform provides various system-defined templates for your Event. You can easily customize these templates by following the steps below:
- Go to Event Setup, then select Email Template.
- You will see a list of system-defined templates (e.g. registration confirmed, Event Reminder - Before 1 Day, Feedback, etc.).
- Click on Update next to the template you wish to modify.
- Make the necessary changes to the Subject Line and Content.
- Finally, click Save Changes to apply your updates.
