How to Modify Content in an Email Template for Your Group Community Registration and Member Communication?

The platform provides various system-defined templates for your Group. You can easily customize these templates by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Group Setup, then select Email Template.
  2. You will see a list of system-defined templates (e.g., Member Joined, Membership Renewed, Payment Confirmed, etc.).
  3. Click on Update next to the template you wish to modify.
  4. Make the necessary changes to the Subject Line and Content.
  5. Finally, click Save Changes to apply your updates.
