How long does it take for Payout (For Indian Customers using the Explara Payment gateway)?

  • For events or groups on the platform, payouts are processed within T+3 to T+5 bank working days (where T = Transaction Date), provided you have submitted and emailed all the required KYC documents to support@explara.com.
  • For entertainment events, payouts are released only after the event is completed.

Invoice and Payout report

  • Invoice Generation: An invoice is generated once every 10 days. In a month, you may see up to 4–5 invoices for your account.
  • Availability: Both the invoice and the order.csv file are available for download from your dashboard.
  • Order.csv Details: The order.csv file provides an order-wise payout report with bifurcation for your account. This may include transactions from more than one event and your group.
  • Payout Notification: You will receive an email from Enetadvicemailing@hdfcbank.net whenever a payout is released. This email will carry details such as UTR number, amount, etc.
  • Bank Statement Reference: The credit narration in your bank statement will appear as Signure Technologies Private Limited.
