How to add a field in the form?

To add a field in the form:

  1. Click on “Field” in the created form.
  2. Select “Add New Field.”
  3. Choose the field type (e.g., Single Line, Multi Line, Radio Button, etc.).
  4. Enter the following details:
    • Field Name
    • Description
    • Mandatory (Yes/No)
    • Placeholder Text
  5. Click “Add Field” to save.
