How to Manage the Inventory / Event Capacity for RSVP / Free Events?

  1. Go to Event Setup → Event Details.
  2. Scroll down to find the option Event Capacity.
  3. Enter the desired headcount for your RSVP / Free event.
  4. Click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.

This will ensure that the total number of registrations does not exceed the defined capacity.
