How to create an Event on ExplaraX?

To create an event, click on the "Create Event" button on the dashboard. Alternatively, you can click on "Event" in the right-hand menu and then select "Create Event".

In both cases, a form will open where you need to enter the event details such as

  • Cover Image: Upload an image that represents your event.
  • Event Name (Mandatory): Provide a clear and concise name for your event.
  • Start Date & Time(Mandatory): Set the start and end dates and times.
  • Event Location (Hosting offline or virtually, which is Mandatory): Choose the appropriate mode.
  • Location: Specify the location of the event.
  • Short Description (Mandatory): Write a brief overview of what the event entails.
  • Event Options: Choose the appropriate option (paid event, registration approval / moderated registration).
    1. If you select a paid event, then ExplaraX team ask, (do you to accept web3 payments for the event tickets?)
    2. In case you select yes, then they ask you to choose your Web3 Payment Currency
  • Once completed, click on the "Create Event" button.

The event is now created.

👉 For Paid Events, enable the toggle "Does the event have paid tickets?". You will also have an option to enable crypto payments while creating the event.
