What is an Add-on? How to Enable it?

Add-ons are additional features, services, or options that attendees can purchase along with their primary admission ticket. Examples include meal coupons, merchandise, parking passes, or special access.

To enable Add-ons:

  1. First, create the primary ticket for the event.
  2. Once the ticket is successfully created, enable the “Add-on” toggle for the new ticket.
  3. You can create multiple Add-on tickets for an event.
  4. These Add-on options will be displayed to attendees after they select the main ticket type.
