Where can I see all event log for emails, feedback, team usage and activities?
The Log section helps the admin track various activities performed by you or your team members.
It is divided into five parts:
- Campaign – Tracks any email sent via the Email Attendees feature on the dashboard.
- Invitation – Records invitations email sent from the platform via the Invite Guest feature on the dashboard.
- Feedback - It's a log of the feedback shared by attendees / Ticket buyers after the event is over.
- Usage – Captures any edits or updates related to Event Setup and Ticket Setup.
- Email – Tracks system-generated emails such as confirmation emails, reminder emails, etc.
