How to Download Attendee Information for the Event?
To download attendee data: Go to Manage → Attendees in the event dashboard. Click on the Download icon on this page. Alternatively, you can also go to the Download menu and select Attendee.
How to Resend Event Confirmation Email to the Buyer?
Go to Manage → Payment. You will see the list of all ticket buyers. Against each record, locate the Resend Confirmation Email icon. Click on the icon, and the confirmation email will be sent to the buyer.
