How to create an email template?

How to create an email template?

ExplaraX provides the option to create templates.

You can either create a "Rich Text Editor" or "Paste your HTML Code".

Go to Email Campaign/ Templates and click on the Create Template button.

Two different design options to create a template will be shown.

If you want to send Plain Text email, then use the Rich Text Editor to create simple emails.

If you have HTML code available, please paste the HTML code in the second design option to create email templates.
