The content editor on your platform is very inconsistent. The copied content appears very different from how I want it to display.

When you paste content into ExplaraX’s editor (or any Rich Text/Template-based editor), the formatting may sometimes appear strange or inconsistent. This usually happens because of hidden formatting codes that get copied along with the text.

For example, when you copy text from:

  • A Word document
  • A webpage
  • Another Rich Text editor

…it brings along extra styling (fonts, colors, spacing, HTML tags, etc.) that you can’t see, but which interfere with the formatting inside the editor.

Recommended Fix

Always paste plain text into the editor:

  1. Copy the content from your original source.
  2. First paste it into Notepad (or any plain text editor).
  3. Then copy it from Notepad and paste it into the ExplaraX editor.
  4. Finally, apply the formatting (bold, italics, bullets, etc.) directly in ExplaraX.

🔑 Why This Works

Notepad removes all hidden formatting and leaves only the raw text. This ensures your content displays exactly as you format it inside the platform’s editor.
